Valley Point has great people and is very professionally ran, would recommend that facility!!

I can’t say enough good things about Valley Pointe Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. The facility is well run and it’s clear that the team truly cares about their patients. From the administration to the caregiving staff, everyone works hard and treats residents with compassion and professionalism. I was very impressed with the care and overall atmosphere.

Clean up the cigarette butts on your carb strip

I’m vegetarian and lactose intolerant. The kitchen including their dietician do not seem to understand what vegetarianism is, they actually suggested that I can be given leafy salad as a meal. Hope they’ll learn to understand about balanced plant based diet and stop giving me regular milk. Also, staff in the evening need to honor the quiet time for residents to rest instead of socializing throughout the night. Sounds do travel and it’s very difficult to fall asleep even with the doors closed. Nevertheless, the staff are professional, attentive and friendly.

Aminta H and Jeffrey they are excellent nurse’s and they were very attentive to patients needs and were personable and they were there when needed and with them I was comfortable and confident and happy with Aminta and Jeffrey and wish them the best and can’t thank them enough for there excellent care.

Bedlam dementia patients scream nonstop staff unresponsive and overworked typical wait for nurse 10-30 minutes

The building feels just like home. Everyone is happy and helpful. And the food is excellent!

Can’t get through to anyone there even as a provider just trying to get a hold of a patient their is no designated provider line. 3 days later and I’m still waiting to speak to a patient of mine every time I call they say they will call me back with the patient I’ve called more than 8 times it’s been 3 days now and you can’t leave a message because the mail box is full.

Valley Pointe is a wonderful facility! The staff are very hardworking and kind and the environment that they create is very welcoming. The facility itself is clean and the staff work very hard to be supportive to the patients in any way that they can, whether its through care, therapy or activities.

Valley Pointe Rehabilitation Center exceeded all my expectations! The staff is incredibly caring and knowledgeable, providing top-notch care in a warm and welcoming environment. From the comfortable facility to the personalized treatment plans, I felt that my father was supported every step of the way on his road to recovery. Highly recommend! Along with this, I want to give a special shout-out to Antisha who coordinated my fathers care and stay. She made the process so quick and easy. She was always accessible and had an open line of communication. I could not be happier! Thank you!
