We are able to help you recover and return home faster following surgery, illness or injury. To provide consistent and reliable care, we have our own team of therapists, not a contracted third-party therapy company.

Welcome to Valley Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center located in Castro Valley, CA. Our facility provides residents a large therapy rehabilitation gym, private rooms with bathrooms, recreational activities, free WiFi, and innovative in-room dining. Our care team is dedicated to making your stay as comfortable as possible.

We are proud to announce that we’ve been recognized by the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) as a Five-Star Overall and Quality Measures facility. Nursing homes are rated from 1-5 stars based on health inspections, staffing, and quality measures. According to CMS, a rating of five stars means that quality is “much above average.”
